Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not collected or is returned to us due to non-delivery (e.g. the customer was unavailable or did not pick up the parcel from a pickup point), we reserve the right to deduct the original shipping cost and the return shipping cost from the refunded amount.

This applies even if the original shipping was offered for free, as the shipping expenses were still incurred.

If you wish to have the item re-shipped, you will be responsible for covering the new shipping cost.

Customs:
International orders (outside the EU):
The customer is responsible for all customs duties and import taxes.

If you refuse to pay customs and the package is returned, we will deduct both the original and return shipping costs from your refund. If the item is not returned in good condition, no refund will be issued.
